1. Not Medical Advice
MedsWay does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, medication instructions, medication changes, emergency instructions, or clinical recommendations.
You should always consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, nurse practitioner, or other qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your health, medications, supplements, treatment plan, recovery plan, symptoms, dosage, timing, medication interactions, side effects, or medical care.
Do not start, stop, change, delay, combine, or adjust any medication, supplement, dosage, treatment, therapy, recovery plan, appointment, or medical instruction based on MedsWay, including any AI feature, smart insight, reminder, notification, or app-generated output.
2. Emergency Disclaimer
MedsWay is not an emergency service.
Do not use MedsWay for medical emergencies, urgent symptoms, crisis support, or time-sensitive medical decisions. If you believe you or someone else may be experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately, such as 911 in Canada or the United States, or go to the nearest emergency department.
MedsWay does not monitor your health in real time, does not guarantee emergency detection, and does not guarantee that caregivers, Hive members, family members, or emergency contacts will see or respond to information in time.
3. AI Features and Smart Insights
MedsWay may include AI-supported features, including but not limited to medication interaction support, smart health insights, summaries, wellness insights, recovery-related insights, and other automated or AI-generated outputs.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misunderstood, misinterpreted, or not appropriate for your specific health situation. AI features may not account for all relevant factors, including allergies, medical history, pregnancy status, lab results, diagnoses, contraindications, local medical guidelines, current prescriptions, over-the-counter medications, supplements, or changes made by your healthcare provider.
AI results and smart insights are provided for informational support only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing guidance, medication safety clearance, emergency guidance, or a substitute for review by a licensed healthcare professional.
You are responsible for confirming all AI-generated information with a qualified healthcare professional before relying on it.

MedsWay does not verify that medication or supplement information entered by users is accurate, complete, current, appropriate, or safe. MedsWay does not confirm prescriptions, dosages, schedules, refills, side effects, interactions, contraindications, allergies, or treatment suitability.
Always follow the instructions provided by your physician, pharmacist, prescribing provider, medication label, pharmacy, or official healthcare documentation. If anything in MedsWay conflicts with instructions from a healthcare professional, you should follow the healthcare professional’s instructions and contact them for clarification.
5. Reminders, Notifications, and Calendar Sync
MedsWay may provide reminders, notifications, calendar sync features, medication prompts, appointment prompts, wellness check-ins, refill reminders, and related alerts.
These features are convenience tools only. MedsWay does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, calendar events, alerts, or messages will be accurate, delivered on time, received, seen, or acted upon. Delivery may depend on device settings, internet access, operating system settings, notification permissions, calendar permissions, app availability, third-party services, and user input.
You remain responsible for independently tracking medications, appointments, refills, treatment instructions, care tasks, and health-related responsibilities.
6. Hive Care Circle and Shared Care Information
MedsWay may allow users to share selected information with family members, caregivers, friends, or other invited Hive members.
Hive is intended for care coordination and communication support only. MedsWay does not verify the identity, qualifications, availability, reliability, or actions of Hive members. MedsWay is not responsible for decisions, actions, omissions, delays, misunderstandings, or failures by users, caregivers, Hive members, family members, friends, or third parties.
Users are responsible for choosing what information they share, ensuring they have permission to enter or share another person’s information, and confirming that shared care information is accurate and appropriate.
7. Profiles for Other People and Pets
If you create a profile or enter information for another person, child, adult, dependent, family member, caregiver recipient, or pet, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal authority, consent, or appropriate permission to do so.
MedsWay is not responsible for unauthorized entry, sharing, storage, or use of another person’s health, care, personal, or pet information by a user.
Pet-related information in MedsWay is for organization and reminder support only and is not veterinary advice. Always consult a licensed veterinarian for pet health concerns, medications, vaccinations, symptoms, treatment, or emergency care.
8. User-Entered Information
MedsWay relies heavily on information entered by users. If information is entered incorrectly, incompletely, late, or not updated, the app’s reminders, summaries, insights, AI outputs, reports, and care coordination features may also be incorrect or incomplete.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, updating, correcting, and verifying the information you enter into MedsWay.
9. Health Reports, Summaries, and Exports
Any health summaries, reports, exports, logs, timelines, notes, recovery summaries, medication lists, appointment summaries, or AI-assisted summaries generated by MedsWay are for personal organization and communication support only.
They should not be treated as complete medical records, official health records, clinical documentation, medical history, diagnosis, treatment instructions, or a replacement for records maintained by healthcare providers, pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or insurers.
10. No Doctor-Patient Relationship
Use of MedsWay does not create a doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, nurse-patient, therapist-patient, veterinarian-client-patient, fiduciary, professional, or healthcare provider relationship between you and MedsWay, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, AI providers, or technology partners.
11. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Outcomes
MedsWay makes no guarantee that any information, reminder, AI output, smart insight, notification, interaction information, summary, report, recovery tool, care task, or app feature will be accurate, complete, current, reliable, available, medically appropriate, or suitable for your needs.
MedsWay does not guarantee any health outcome, recovery outcome, medication adherence outcome, caregiving outcome, emergency outcome, or treatment outcome.

MedsWay is not responsible for third-party content, outages, inaccuracies, delays, errors, service interruptions, data limitations, or changes made by third-party providers.
13. App Updates, Bugs, and Technical Limitations
MedsWay may release updates from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, enhance security, update features, address technical issues, or improve the accuracy and reliability of the app.
To help MedsWay function as intended, you are responsible for keeping the app updated to the latest available version through the App Store, Google Play, or other official distribution platform. Using an outdated version of MedsWay may result in reduced functionality, missing features, delayed fixes, inaccurate displays, notification issues, sync issues, compatibility problems, or other errors.
MedsWay does not guarantee that the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, fully compatible with every device or operating system, or free from bugs, delays, outages, data sync issues, notification failures, calendar sync issues, or other technical problems.
You should not rely solely on MedsWay for medication schedules, appointments, reminders, emergency information, treatment instructions, recovery plans, or other health-related responsibilities. You remain responsible for independently confirming important health, medication, appointment, and care information outside of the app.
14. Limitation of Responsibility
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MedsWay and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, service providers, technology providers, and partners are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage, delay, missed medication, missed appointment, incorrect medication use, medication interaction, allergic reaction, adverse health event, emergency event, caregiving issue, reliance on AI output, reliance on reminders, reliance on user-entered information, or reliance on any information or feature provided through MedsWay.
You use MedsWay at your own discretion and risk.
